Where This Work Was Formed

My understanding of leadership was not learned in a classroom. It was forged through direct encounter with environments where emotional suppression, survival conditioning, and identity fragmentation were normalised. Rather than bypassing these patterns, I chose to dismantle them and rebuild my internal architecture deliberately, from the root.

That process, of moving through identity dissolution and reconstructing coherence on the other side, became the foundation of everything I now offer. It is not theory. It is lived methodology.
